For autumn, warm, moist dishes with ghee, rice, and root vegetables are just right. Nutritious soups and teas with herbs provide your body with warmth and energy. You should avoid dry, raw, and processed foods.
In winter, your diet should focus on warm and cooked meals, like soups, stews, and herbal teas. Spices and herbs like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric support your organism. Spicy, bitter, and cold dishes should be avoided.
