With the European Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof, we have been pioneers of European Ayurveda® since 2006, offering optimal approaches for greater harmony, health, and balance in life. Our vision is to bring the practice and teachings of Ayurveda into the daily lives of Europeans through our offering. Our decades of experience at our resort have shown us that not only is the demand for Ayurvedic treatments very high, but also the desire to live more healthily and mindfully in everyday life.
