How European Ayurveda® Home came into being
Our motivation has always been to support people in living a fulfilled and healthy life. We also went through our own personal challenges and difficult times. These experiences made us realize how important it is to reflect on oneself and allow change. This led, more than 15 years ago, to the development of European Ayurveda®, which we first introduced at the European Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof, our place of strength in Tyrol, and which we now want to make accessible to everyone through European Ayurveda® Home.

European Ayurveda® Home is much more than an online platform – it is a lifestyle based on the teachings of Ayurveda and adapted to the current spirit of the times and the needs of the Western world. It combines modern European expertise with that of Ayurvedic doctors, nutrition experts, yogis, and spiritual teachers, and makes it accessible to everyone – exactly where they spend most of their time: at home. It is especially important to us that every program and every product we offer is developed or selected by the best experts in their field.
