Feel it: What Your Pulse Reveals About Your Bioenergies
Have you ever measured your own pulse? Gently place your fingers on your inner wrist and feel the blood pulsing through your veins. The pulse is the rhythm of life. It indicates how quickly and with what intensity your heart beats. According to Ayurvedic teachings, your pulse can provide insights into the needs and blockages of your three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Spring is a time of cleansing and renewal. Many still feel tired and sluggish after the cold winter and cannot properly enjoy the strengthening rays of the sun. Here we show you some valuable Ayurveda tips for spring, with which you can banish spring fatigue and draw fresh strength again.
Yoga for Vata – gentle movement for the king dosha
The spring vibes strongly stir our bioenergies. Responsible for this is Vata, the king dosha. With a lot of power and strength, it awakens nature and also gets our biorhythm going: the trees sprout leaves, animals awaken from hibernation, and we approach our daily tasks with new energy. All these processes require a lot of strength and can really push the bioenergetic balance to its limits.
Yoga for men: exercises for more strength and flexibility
Yoga for men? Of course, especially with men-specific issues, certain movements can bring the necessary balance. With yoga, you can specifically counteract the discomforts and bring your body back into balance. If you're interested in the exciting effects of yoga, then check out the exercises specifically for men.
Yoga for Pitta - This is how you bring your Pitta into balance
Pitta is one of the three doshas in Ayurveda, alongside Kapha and Vata. These are the three bioenergies which are differently pronounced in everyone and significantly determine one's individuality. Pitta consists of the elements fire and water and is responsible for our metabolism and digestion. In life, it stands for transformation and change. Since the fire element dominates the Pitta dosha, Pitta types are passionate in everything they do. They are fiery personalities, get involved, know what they want, and have an affinity for speed, challenges, and stress. So much passion is beautiful, as it is the fuel for creativity and diversity. However, with too much Pitta, feelings can also flip to the opposite. If you are a type with too much Pitta, you can become very irritable or aggressive. You become restless, sleep less well, and quickly notice that you are not in balance with yourself. Do you recognize yourself in this description?
Autogenic training is a proven relaxation method that helps you regain focus, reduce stress, relax properly, and clear your mind. The technique works through autosuggestion (= self-hypnosis), which is repeated again and again to deepen the practice.
If autogenic training is practiced regularly, persistent fatigue, exhaustion, and stress will become a thing of the past. Other effects include better sleep, inner balance, and improved concentration. It helps you stay grounded in life and remain more centered within yourself. The exercises are suitable for all age groups.

Slowly, we are returning to the workday after a beautiful summer. The holidays are slowly coming to an end, and the workday is following its usual rhythm. The bioenergy of change and movement initiates all processes for the winter months. And when stress meets highly active Vata, exhaustion, restlessness, and inner turmoil can result.
