§ 7 Prices and Shipping Costs

7.1. All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs, which are announced in the offers or before submitting the order.

7.2. Switzerland is exempt from this regulation. For orders to Switzerland, Swiss import duties are currently incurred instead of statutory VAT.

§ 8 Delivery Conditions

8.1. We only deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Germany, Switzerland.

8.2. Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Austria and to Germany takes place within 2 – 5 days, while deliveries to Switzerland take place within 3 – 15 days after the conclusion of the contract.

8.3. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, provided no different arrangements have been made with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
