Ein Ayurveda-Tee aus naturbelassenen Kräutern kann Deine Bioenergien wieder in Balance bringen.

It is said that for every ailment there is a herb. Indeed, nature has blessed us with an abundance of herbs and medicinal plants. For relief from pain, calming nervousness, refreshing thirst, and warmth on frosty days. But drinking tea is also a ritual of importance in various cultures. It structures the day, serves to slow down, rest, and bring people together. You are more likely to have good conversations over a cup of tea than to argue. Often the tea needs to steep so its full flavor can develop. This automatically lowers your stress level. And the right Ayurveda tea for your Dosha additionally ensures even more harmony.

“Tea awakens the good spirit and wise thoughts. It refreshes the mind. If you are down, tea will cheer you up.” (Shen Nung)
