Vata types are characterized by their open nature and are skilled at building contacts. They are communicative and display a remarkable level of resourcefulness and creativity. With great enthusiasm, they dive into new activities – it brings them joy to enrich their lives through change! However, Vatas often lack endurance. They tend to focus on several projects at once without completing one. Vata types are always on the move and are therefore often found traveling. They are characterized by a light body structure and tend to gain weight with difficulty.
