§ 9     Payment Terms

9.1.     Payment can be made by:
•    Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex)
•    Shop Pay
•    PayPal
•    Google Pay
•    Apple Pay

9.2.    We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

9.3.     When paying by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), you provide us with your credit card details when placing your order. The credit card or the specified account will be charged immediately after the order and your authorization as the legitimate credit card holder.

9.4.     For payment with Shop Pay, you can click the Shop Pay button during the order process. To use this payment method, you must either be registered with Shop Pay or register for the first time with your email address and phone number. After initial registration, you will receive a confirmation code via SMS and need to confirm your account. The system remembers your email address and asks you to verify your identity for Shop Pay with a confirmation code sent via SMS upon your next payment process. Then please confirm the payment instruction for the payment with a payment method (credit card or girocard) stored by you to us. The transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order.

9.5.     For payment with PayPal, you will be redirected directly from the order process by clicking the PayPal button to the PayPal website. A payment with PayPal can only be made if you are registered with PayPal or register for it. You will then be redirected directly to the payment page and confirm the payment instruction to us. PayPal will be requested by us to initiate the payment transaction after placing the order and will do so automatically.

9.6.        When paying with Google Pay, you can initiate the payment transaction via your smartphone or wearable. You must be registered with Google Pay. After selecting the Google Pay payment method, please enter your login details for it and confirm the payment with a payment method (credit card or girocard) stored by you. The transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. The payment data stored by you with Google Pay will not be transmitted to us.

9.7.    When paying with Apple Pay, you can initiate the payment transaction via your smartphone or wearable. You must be registered with Apple and have the "Apple Pay" function activated. After selecting the payment method, please enter your Apple account login details to authenticate yourself. Then please confirm the payment instruction for the payment with a payment method (credit card or girocard) stored by you to us. The payment is carried out immediately after placing the order.

9.8.     If you are a consumer, the purchase price is subject to interest at 5% points during the delay in payment. If you are not a consumer, the interest rate during the delay in payment is 9% points above the base rate. Furthermore, in the event of payment delay, we are entitled to claim a damage flat rate of €40.00 in addition to the payment from entrepreneurs. We reserve the right to prove and claim a higher delay damage.
