Anwendung: Vor Wärme geschützt und trocken lagern. Übergieße einen Teebeutel in einer Tasse (250 ml) mit kochendem Wasser und lasse ihn fünf bis acht Minuten ziehen.

European Ayurveda® Auraspray Finde zur Ruhe 50mlAnwendung: Vor Gebrauch kurz schütteln. Sprühe den Spray in die Aura, das Schlafzimmer oder auf Dein Kopfkissen. Sprich währenddessen folgende Affirmation: "Ich fühle mich ruhig und geerdet. Ich lasse alles los und bin bereit für einen guten und erholsamen Schlaf." Auch für Kinder bestens geeignet, hier reichen 1-2 Sprüstöße im Schlafzimmer.
Inhalt: 50 ml. Nach dem Öffnen innerhalb von 12 Monaten aufbrauchen.
Inhaltsstoffe: Wasser, Absorber, Parfum (= Mischung 100% naturreiner ätherischer Öle mit Orange, Lavendel, Zirbe, Melisse bio, Neroli).
