Here's how to use the Let Go block
Write down your thoughts : Take your time and write down in detail what you want to let go of. Let your thoughts flow freely.
Reflect on your feelings : Read what you have written carefully. Allow yourself to consciously perceive and reflect on your feelings and thoughts.
The act of letting go : After you have written down and reflected on your thoughts, it is time to symbolically let them go. Carefully tear the written sheet from the pad.
The Ritual of Liberation : Perhaps you need more than the act of tearing it off to release your emotions. A powerful way to find closure is to burn the note in a fireproof place. Watch as the paper bursts into flames and turns to ash. Feel the burden lift from you and the lightness within.
