Die Chakren sind Spiegel unseres Bewusstseinszustandes und zeigen sehr deutlich wo wir stehen und welche Themen und Probleme anstehen und bewältigt oder angeschaut werden sollten.

Each chakra has a specific meaning for our body, mind, and soul. The state of the chakras simultaneously represents the state of consciousness. The chakras are mirrors of our state of consciousness and clearly show where we stand and what issues and problems need to be addressed and resolved. Through them, we can recognize any problems and blockages in our development. At the same time, we can significantly influence this development through working with the chakras, particularly chakra meditation. Activation, opening, cleansing, and healing of the chakras have a corresponding influence on our state of consciousness and our spirituality.

The chakra meditation lasts about 30 to 40 minutes, ensure you aren't disturbed during this time. You can choose a beautiful spot in nature for this meditation or make yourself comfortable at home. For this, however, turn off all electronic devices and give yourself a break from everyday life.

When you are ready, sit or lie down, make yourself as comfortable as possible and close your eyes. Now focus your attention on your breathing. Take a few deep breaths and feel how the breath flows through your entire body, relaxing all your muscles and joints. While breathing, pay attention to your thoughts, which may still be on your mind but are becoming less important. You are now completely relaxed and ready for the chakra meditation:

  • Now gently direct your breath to the perineum, the seat of your root chakra. Inhale and exhale, trying to release all tensions in this area. Feel how with each breath the energy field of your root chakra expands. Imagine long roots growing from your chakra into the ground, connecting you with the earth. Feel the stability and vital energy flowing to you from this connection. As your root chakra continues to expand, it shines in a red light, activating your 1st energy center and giving you a sense of security and safety.

  • Direct your attention to your sacral chakra, located about a hand's breadth below your navel. Consciously feel this area, if you like you can place a hand on your lower abdomen. Inhale deeply and exhale, taking in pure life energy with full breaths. With each breath, you are filled with the warmth and energy of the sacral chakra. Now imagine an orange light illuminating your 2nd chakra, spreading throughout your entire abdominal area. It awakens your creativity and sensuality, you feel light and vibrant.

  • Focus on the 3rd chakra, it is located a hand's breadth above your navel. Breathe in and out naturally and let your breathing happen rhythmically. Focus entirely on your solar plexus, with each breath a yellow light expands in your solar plexus chakra. It first shines a bright yellow and then becomes increasingly intense, burning away all your fears and worries like a fire. Let this light energy spread through your body, it connects you with your gut feelings. Feel how you come to your center and shine from within.

  • Feel into your heart and your heart chakra, it is in the middle of your chest and also forms the center of the 7 chakras. To connect with your heart energy, place your right hand on your heart, feel the breathing again and direct it towards the heart. Breathe in and out several times and feel your heartbeat, observe your feelings and sensations. Imagine your heart now being filled with a green light. You can strengthen this light by sending all your energies to your heart. The light continues to expand and love and compassion flow from your heart. You are now connected with your heart energy. It opens access to universal love, you are full of trust and confidence.

  • Direct your attention to your throat chakra, it is located at the level of your larynx. Once again, be aware of your breathing and breathe consciously in and out, inhaling fresh air and exhaling old, used air. Feel the air flowing through and cleaning your throat. With the next inhale, let blue light shine into your throat, opening your throat to the truth. With an open throat chakra, you can express your true self freely and lovingly accept your flaws and weaknesses, you are authentic and unique.

  • Focus on the third eye, the area between your eyebrows, here lies your forehead chakra. Be aware of your forehead area and release all tension here. Imagine your forehead is the sky and violet light expands, pushing away all your negative thoughts (clouds). The sky becomes clearer and brighter, and your consciousness fully arrives in the here and now. Your forehead feels pleasantly cool, your attention is inwardly directed. You trust completely in your inner wisdom and recognize your spiritual being.

  • Now feel into the last chakra, the crown chakra, which is located at the crown of your head. Be aware of the space above your crown and let your energy flow there. Feel how a bright, clear light from above spreads in your 7th energy center, connecting you with the divine and your higher self. An inner peace can spread within you, you feel blissful and blessed.

All your chakras are now open and shining from within, feel your body as pure energy. Quietly go through all the chakras again from the bottom up. Feel your root energy, grounding and supporting you. Consciously feel your sacral energy, which processes your emotions. Direct your attention to the solar plexus again, its energy shapes your thoughts. Feel your heart energy, connecting you with higher love. Feel into your throat chakra, supporting you in speaking from your soul. Feel your forehead energy, enhancing your conscious perception. And finally, feel your crown chakra again, it is the gateway to your higher self.

Feel for a moment, enjoy your relaxed body. You are pure energy, all your chakras are now activated. You are connected to the universe, and you can recall this connection anytime you feel stressed, unbalanced, or unsupported. Now inhale and exhale deeply three times, starting to move and stretch your body. Come fully back to the here and now.
