oral care oil 100 ml

Application Oil pulling should be your first ritual after waking up, ideally even before you drink anything. Take one to two teaspoons of your oral care oil into your mouth. Swish it from side to side so that your entire mouth is rinsed with the oil. Also, swish the oil between your teeth. To release toxins, practice oil pulling for about five to ten minutes. You can also take breaks and relax your jaw. When you're finished, spit the oil into a tissue and dispose of it in the household waste. If you dispose of the oil down the sink, it will contaminate the water and eventually clog your bathroom pipes. Contents 100 ml
