Product Description

In Ayurveda, cleaning the tongue is part of daily oral hygiene, where you remove plaque and bacteria from the tongue.

This premium tongue scraper, made of sturdy stainless steel with comfortable handles, will last you a long time thanks to its robust construction.

Application Preparation: It's best to use the tongue scraper after applying your oral care oil. Hold the tongue scraper by both handles and open your mouth. Tongue cleaning: Place the tongue scraper at the back of your tongue and gently pull it forward. Apply light pressure to remove coating. Repeat this process several times until your tongue is clean. Caution: Do not place it too far back to avoid gagging. After tongue scraping: Rinse the tongue scraper thoroughly under running water and dry it after each use to ensure hygienic storage. Daily use of a tongue scraper between oil pulling and brushing teeth not only contributes to fresh breath but can also support overall health.
